Dear Resident,
Officers from our Neighbourhood Support Team carried out two warrants at properties in Orton yesterday as part of ongoing work to tackle drug dealing in the city.
At the first address, five people were arrested after officers located suspected class A drugs. An investigation is currently ongoing.
Taking action against drug dealing and the harm it causes to local communities remains a priority for our neighbourhood policing teams, and we will continue to act on information provided by the public.
