Two men charged in connection with Gamlingay Post Office raid

Dear Resident,

Two men have been charged in connection with a raid in Gamlingay.

Police were called to the Post Office in Cinques Road, just before 9.30pm on 29 September.

The men, aged 32 and 33, from The Warrens in Bedford, were arrested on 1 October. They have since been charged with conspiring to commit a burglary between 9 August and 2 October and conspire to steal a motor vehicle.

They appeared at Luton Magistrates’ Court on 3 October and have been remanded to appear at Luton Crown Court on 3 November.
