Can you help? We are appealing for witnesses after a brown and white miniature pony was stolen from stables.

The six-year-old pony, called Mini Mouse, was taken in a burglary between 5pm on Sunday (25 May) and 9.30am the following day from stables in The Butts, Soham.

'Small in size but a big part of the family'

Sergeant Tom Nuttall, from the force’s Rural Crime Action Team (RCAT), said: “This miniature pony, though small in size, is a big part of a family. Hopefully somebody will know where the pony is and will help us reunite it.”

Anyone with any information, including anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area or anyone with any relevant dashcam or video doorbell footage, is asked to submit this to police online quoting crime reference 35/38157/25. Alternatively, call police on 101.
