Dear Resident,

We were called earlier today about suspected hare coursers in French Drove in Thorney, with a car ending up nose down in a ditch.

Unfortunately, those in the car didn’t bother sticking around to talk to us, but we’ve rescued the car and it has now been seized.

Hare coursing is illegal and something that our Rural Crime Action Team (RCAT) work hard to tackle, but in order to do so, they need your reports! If you have any information or concerns about illegal hunting, you can report it to us online.

If a crime is in progress, or someone is in immediate danger, always call 999.
