Dear Resident,

These are 18 faces who are currently banned from areas of Peterborough because of offending affecting our local businesses, including repeated shoplifting, begging and anti-social behaviour (ASB).

Each of them has a Criminal Behaviour Order in place – all part of our work to deter continued offending! 

1. Karl Jones – banned from any Next, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Co-op, Waitrose, TK Maxx, Superdrug, B&Q, Aldi, Boots chemist, PC World/Currys, Marks and Spencer, B&M Bargains, Asda until 22/2/2031

2. Mark Smith – banned from the Ortongate Shopping Centre until 2/2/2026

3. Mark Moss – banned from Co-op and Aldi in Eye until 2/1/2026

4. Ashley Granger – banned from Brotherhood Retail Park, Maskew Avenue Retail Park and any Mountain Warehouse store in England and Wales until 15/12/2025

5. Michelle Blades – banned from Co-op in Oundle Road, Botolph Bridge Pharmacy and Poundland in Ortongate Shopping Centre until 24/5/2024

6. Edward Murray – banned from Tesco Express in Whittlesey Road, Stanground, Applegreen Horsey Way Service Station in Stanground, Morrisons in Cardea, Nisa Local in Southfields Drive, Stanground, Brotherhood Shopping Park and any Tesco in Cambridgeshire until 5/10/2028

7. Jolene Maughan – banned from Queensgate Shopping Centre and Asda in Rivergate until 20/7/2025

8. Edward Wilby – banned from Bretton Centre including the BP fuel station and M&S store until 20/7/2025

9. Andrew Harding – banned from Peterborough city centre until 10/11/2024

10. Earl Allen – must not approach anyone with the intention of asking for money and cause anti-social behaviour until 11/8/2024

11. Daniel Cowlbeck – must not enter or loiter outside TK Maxx in Bridge Street, Asda in Rivergate and Beales in Westgate until 26/7/2024

12. Naweed Khaliq – banned from Queensgate Shopping Centre until 25/5/2024

13. Lorraine Williams – banned from any Spar store in Peterborough, Brotherhoods Retail Park, Maskew Avenue Retail Park and any Iceland or Food Warehouse in Peterborough until 13/5/2024

14. Joshua Turner – banned from any TK Maxx, Tesco or Co-op in Peterborough until 5/1/2026

15. Dane O’Callaghan – banned from Brotherhood Retail Park until 1/12/2025

16. Josh Lavell – banned from Peterborough city centre until 27/12025

17. Abid Hussain – banned from the Bretton Centre, including the BP garage and M&S, until 17/11/2028

18. Conor Polwin – banned from Ortongate Shopping Centre, Co-op in Eagle Way, Hampton, and Tesco Express in Napier Place, Orton Wistow, until 1/1/2026
