You have your chance to shape the imminent Police Race Action Plan with the deadline fast approaching.
The more we understand the communities we serve, the more effective we will be at supporting victims and reducing crime.
Without the trust and confidence of our minority ethnic communities, policing is less effective at protecting all communities.
We want to create an anti-racist culture within our force, and the wider policing community, and you can help us achieve that with the soon-to-be launched Police Race Action Plan.
You can have your say on the plan, due to be launched in December, by taking part in a College of Policing survey which is open until 28 August.
More information on the plan can be found on the College of Policing website.
